Good day,

Please allow me a few moments of your time to share some thoughts with you, which may be beneficial to you and ultimately, to your business.

Many years ago the phrase "knowledge is power" was coined. Now, more than ever before, the individual and for that matter, the company's collective knowledge, is its prime asset.

The Minister of Labour launched the National Skills Development Strategy in February 2001 with the aim "to equip South Africa with the skills to succeed in the global market and to offer opportunities to individuals and communities for self-advancement to enable them to play a productive role in society". This was emphasized in the National Skills Development Strategy II for 2005 - 2010.

To this end Thuthukani Training is well positioned to deliver in terms of skills development and training, exactly what is required in the marketplace. We do not train for the sake of the activity of training. We train for maximum impact in the workplace.

Studying many businesses vision and mission statements, the phrase most likely to be found is "our employees are our greatest assets". Very true, isn't it?

It then sometimes does come as a surprise to hear CEO's talking about the costs involved in training employees.  A question then arise as to the sincerity in vision and mission statements, neatly framed against the walls of boardrooms.

Well, it's simple: Intellectual capital is the most valuable of all factors of production, whether you sell or manufacture household products, repair vehicles or just simply render a simple service to your clientele.  Knowledge, skills and the attitude of people in the workplace determine to a large extent the success of your business.  With proper training, the foundation to this profile of excellence can be established.

This is precisely where Thuthukani Training can assist in adding to the bottom line of your business.

Reading this may indicate that you are a leader / decision maker in your business or working environment.  As leaders we have many objectives. A good objective of leadership is to help those who are doing poorly to do well and to help those who are doing well to do even better.  This can be accomplished through proper training and this is where we come into the picture.

Please feel free to discuss your needs with us.  Together we can create the ideal environment to allow our people to grow.  This is what Thuthukani Training is all about - letting people grow.

Please browse through this information to find out how my team and I can help you achieve your goals, adding to your enterprise's bottom line.

Thank you for your time.
